Before You Contribute
You must be a resident of British Columbia and a Canadian citizen or permanent resident to contribute.
Contributions must be made using your own money. Organizations cannot make campaign contributions or reimburse you for making one.
The maximum contribution to Darren’s campaign in 2026 is $1,429.70.
Local election campaign contributions are not eligible for a tax receipt.
A note about public disclosure
If your contributions total $100 or more, your name and the amount contributed will be publicly reported as required by B.C. campaign finance law.
